Hanari had standout formulations but no cohesive identity or storefront for export markets. In a crowded global beauty space, it needed premium shelf-and-screen appeal, clear ingredient storytelling, and a conversion-ready DTC funnel.

We designed a soft-luxe identity, built a fast multi-currency Shopify experience with shade and routine finders, and ran creator seeding plus Meta and TikTok performance ads tied to bestsellers and bundles.
