Pulse relied on third-party booking tools and generic email blasts. Members dropped off after trial periods, and trainers had no direct channel to re-engage clients between sessions.

Our approach

We built a branded iOS and Android app with class schedules, waitlists, and trainer messaging. Lifecycle campaigns nudge members based on visit frequency; push and email work together for challenges and renewals.
